Now Available: The University of Michigan Press Ebook Collection

The University of Michigan Press Ebook Collection (UMP EBC) is now live on Fulcrum!  First announced in 2015, this collection of ebooks for sale to libraries currently consists of over 1,100 titles, and will include at least 80 new books every year as well as a growing backlist. The University of Michigan Press Ebook Collection (UMP EBC) is a comprehensive collection of the University of Michigan Press’s scholarly ebooks for sale to libraries. The UMP EBC is fully accessible on Fulcrum, a leading community-developed, open source platform for digital scholarship developed with support from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Fulcrum offers users the ability to read books with associated digital enhancements, such as: 3-D models, embedded audio, video, and databases; zoomable online images, and interactive media. LYRASIS and Michigan Publishing Announce Partnership

Michigan Publishing, the publishing division of the U-M Library (and parent organization of U-M Press), and LYRASIS, a member-based nonprofit organization serving libraries, archives, and museums, are proud to announce a partnership. Michigan Publishing and LYRASIS will collaborate to provide sales and administrative support for content and services offered through the platform known as Fulcrum (fulcrum.org), currently under development at Michigan Publishing with funding from the Andrew W.
